The lands are situated in the townland of Ballycullane outside Kilmallock in Co. Limerick. The lands are approx. 2.5km from the centre of Kilmallock Town. Travel from Kilmallock on the R512 (Bruff Road). Approximately 1.3km from the Texco Petrol Station turn right onto the road which leads to Ardkilmartin Cemetery. Travel along this road for 400m and the lands are located on the left and right hand sides.
