Taking place on Sunday 10th August at the Butterfield Estate in Blueball, Tullamore, it offers visitors the chance to experience traditional Irish culture in addition to the lively livestock judging events which offer competitors the chance to win a prestigious gold medal.
Highlights of the programme include a competition for best dressed lady and gentleman, cooking demonstrations by Neven Maguire and Sheila Kelly, live music and local crafts and artisan foods. The show attracts over 60,000 visitors each year and has over 650 trade stands, offering everything from fashion to the latest inventions.
