For Sale in Castillo de Locubin

This 2 bedroom townhouse renovation project is situated in Ventas Del Carrizal, close to popular Castillo de Locubin in the south of Jaen province in Andalucia, Spain. For those who are not professional renovators or builders, this is one to view with a Surveyor who will advise you as to what needs to be done, as well as finding out if any Town Hall grant may be available to help with the renovation. You enter the property into a lounge with an open fireplace then you have the kitchen space with access out into a small patio with a covered utility area. Off the kitchen is a ground floor shower room and a storage area, there is also extra under stair storage. Steps from the lounge take you to the first floor bedroom then continue to the second level where you have another good size bedroom.
