Selling By Live Auction

Lot: 1, Multyfarnham Village, Co. Westmeath

This agricultural holding is ideally located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Multyfarnham, offering a unique combination of productive farmland, excellent accessibility, and significant future development potential. The property extends to three well-proportioned divisions, all currently under tillage, reflecting the fertility and productive capacity of the land. Bounded to the north by the sought-after Cois Abhainn residential development and bordered to the east by the scenic River Gaine, the setting is both tranquil and strategic. The holding enjoys approximately 370 metres of road frontage, offering strong sight lines and easy access. This extensive frontage not only supports the functionality of the land for agricultural use but also enhances its attractiveness for potential future development, subject to the necessary planning permissions. Given its proximity to the village centre, nearby residential schemes, and established infrastructure, the lands present a compelling opportunity for investors, developers, or those seeking a versatile agricultural parcel with long-term uplift potential. Auction: 3.30pm on Friday 7th November 2025 at the Greville Arms Hotel, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath and online on the LSL Auctions platform. Solrs: Ms. Audrey Barrett of N.J.
