All eyes will be on China at this year's EBLEX conference, which is being held at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire. Michael Sondergaard, from Tulip, will discuss the country's impact on the beef and lamb industry.
The conference will also look at the current state of the beef industry and will examine its future outlook, in addition to discussing topics such as how improving the supply chain can help farmers, as well as the most profitable ways to benefit from export and domestic markets.
EBLEX's southern senior regional manager and conference organiser, Dr Phil Hadley, said: "It will give a thorough insight into key issues currently affecting the industry and give delegates the opportunity to discuss the topics with the EBLEX team.
